The Tertiary Education Trust Fund ( TETFund ) has organized a capacity building training for both senior teaching and non teaching staff of the Federal College of Education, Pankshin on International Certificate for Digital Learning ( ICDL ).

The 5-Day training programme that commenced on Monday, 7th of December, 2020 was declared open by the Provost of the institution, Dr. Amos Bulus Cirfat at the College’s main campus.

While giving the opening address, Dr. Amos expressed profound gratitude to TETFund for its support towards the infrastructural development, staff training and other immense contributions to the development of the institution and equally grateful for the new initiative aimed at encouraging staff to be more ICT compliance and improve their computer application skills.

The Provost, emphasizing on the benefit of the training, said International Computer Driving License (ICDL) is the world’s leading computer skills certification in Microsoft office application for base, standard and advanced users in the Information Technology to enhance efficiency and deliver quality work. He therefore urged the participants to be punctual and prompt throughout the training.
